Why you should take a lesson

Paddle boarding is a great way to get out and enjoy the water. It’s easy to learn, it’s a great workout, and it’s a lot of fun!
But before you head out on your own, it’s important to take a lesson from a qualified instructor. That way, you can learn proper paddling technique and how to paddle safely. Once you know how to paddle board, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits that this great sport has to offer.

When you take a lesson from a qualified instructor, you will learn the best way to stand on the board, the proper posture to maintain, and techniques for good paddling. Not only will this ensure that you’re doing the activity safely, but it will also help you get the most out of your time on the water.
Investing in a lesson will also help you decide which type of board is best for you and your needs should you decide you'd like to do it again. We're hooked, and we hope you will be too!
